Join us in God’s Work of Transformation!

We are called to join in God’s work of transforming the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) into a just and inclusive church that welcomes persons of all gender and sexual identities into full life and leadership.

As we seek to live into our mission, we are guided by these values:
  • We value human diversity in all its forms, as the intention of creation.      
  • We value safe space in the church and the world.            
  • We value the healing power of advocacy that enlarges that space and promotes justice.
  • We value partnerships with other groups that seek wholeness in a fragmented church and world.
  • We value raising the power of witness, education, and relationships to transform hearts and minds.

  • We value radical hospitality.


There are many ways to be supporters of our ministry.  You can be a financial supporter to help us to fund our efforts.  You can become a member by both investing in membership dues, and partnering with us in our mission.  As a member, you will receive our newsletter, Crossbeams, which includes news of the Alliance and our work in the Church as well as information about upcoming events.  You can join different teams of ministry working intentionally to invite more to join in our work of transforming through educational and relational events and activities.  Or you can just be another voice to help spread the word in all the places you go to say that God's love is fully inclusive!  God's love does not have exceptions for people who are same-gender loving and different gender assigning!  We thank you all for all the amazing support because of your efforts!
