The GLAD Alliance is an organization that seeks to transform the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in every manifestation into a more just, welcoming, and inclusive church, particularly one that welcomes persons of ALL gender and sexual identities into full life and leadership.

On this website, you'll find a large number of resources, including a directory of Open and Affirming (O&A) congregations, regions, general units, institutions, and ministries.  These are settings of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) that have publicly declared themselves welcoming to and affirming of persons of all gender and sexual identities.  Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, allied persons and families will find a warm welcome in these communities.
